OS7178 Liquid Crystal Optoelectronic Devices
Last Revised: 2018-04-11
Course Objectives
The contents of the course, provided more and more knowledge about the electro-optical properties of liquid crystals, will give the technology and principle for the applications of liquid crystals and their devices in detail. The students are expected to be trained for improving their ability of researches in academic and industrial fields. Moreover, the latest research results worldwide will also be given in this course. Personal seminar, used to improve the ability of oral presentation and to present the newly published journal papers, is another key point for the student. I hope that the students can further understand the field of liquid crystals after they take the course.
