OS2015 Experiments in Electronics Ⅰ
Last Revised: 2024-10-17
Course Objectives
“This experimental class aims to let students prove the semiconductor device and circuit theory by themselves through the experiments. Students will get familiar with the operation of various measurement instruments through the experiments, which can provide the necessary training for future work or research.“
Prerequisite
Textbook Lab Notes
Topical Outline “1. Lab Activity and Instruments - An Introduction
2. Ohm‘s Law and Electrical Multimeter
3. Kirchhoff‘s Voltage and Current Law
4. Thevenin Thorem, Norton Theorem, and Superposition
5. Transient Response of RC Circuit.
6. RC, RL and RLC Circuits
7. Phase Measurement and Frequency Response
8. I-V Characteristics of Diode and Rectifer
9. Application of Diode
10. I-V Characteristics of Transistors“
