Dop Course Outline
OSA022 Microelectronics Last Revised: 2024-03-08
Course Objectives Students will learn how to analyse the electronic circuits with adequate equivalent models, and will be familiar to the operation modes of the basic electronic components (including the diodes, the BJTs, the FETs, and the OpAmp.). Some fundamental applications of the components will also be covered (including the power amplifiers, oscillators, and the filters).
