Course Objectives The course aims at introduction of synchrotron radiation and promotion of scientific applications using Synchrotron Radiation-based technology.

7. Synchrotron-based X-ray computed tomography formation, processing, and 3D imaging reconstruction
8. Biological Application of Synchrotron-based Soft X-ray imaging
9. The class is called off during the week of mid-term exam
10. The applications of nano and soft condensed material by using small angle X-ray scattering
11. Medical and Clinical Applications of Synchrotron-based Infrared Microspectroscopy
12. Core excitation and specific dissociation of bio-molecules by utilizing synchrotron radiation as the source of soft X-ray
