Course Objectives 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional synchrotron-based spectral imaging processing and tomography by using Python (AI), Visual Basic 6, and VB.NET.

Textbook Digital Image Processing PIKS Inside, Third Edition. William K. Pratt

2. The introduction of transmission X-ray microscopy
3. The introduction of soft X-ray tomography
4. The introduction of infrared micro-spectroscopy
5. The fundamental Python in image processing
6. Using advanced Python for image reconstruction of 2D and 3D objects.
7. Fundamental introduction of Visual Basic 6 and VB.NET
8. Advanced skills of using Visual Basic and VB.NET for infrared spectral image construction
9. 3D tomography reconstruction using Artificial Intelligence
