Biography
After got the Optical sciences' Ph.D. in University of Arizona, I came back to Taiwan and teaching in National Central University. Devote to ashpere and optical testing, also have some researches in multi-field imaging and non-imaging optics. Furthermore, I'm the journal reviewer of Applied Optics, Optics Express...etc, also was the journal editor of special issue of Applied Optics in Optical Design and Testing. Keeping track in the development of optics and contribute to promotion and verification of research quality. Besides, we have some research projects and patents, and transfer the patents to companies successfully. Make the researches not only the researches but a real application. Hope the optics and its applications doing more benefits to the world, make the future being more convenient and friendly.

Current Research Areas

Currently our lab research is focused on the optical engineering field. This includes the optical testing and optical imaging applications. In the optical testing research field, we have researches on the focal plane testing method, aspherical surface testing method, instantaneous interferometry, full field aberration measurement. Now combining novel Extended Depth of Field Imaging and Light Field Imaging method, the research topics are changing toward the application of novel imaging methods.
