Research
The optical engineering is one of the researches that is closely connected with the industrial applications. The optical engineering field in our departments includes the field of optical design, optical testing and optical system development. The optical design research fields includes the lens design, the scanner lens design, the cell phone lens design, the lithography lens design, the optical storage head design. The optical testing field includes the asphere interferometry, the phase shifting deflectometry, the multi-field aberration acquisition, the Moire fringe projection and the MTF testing methods. We have successful development experience in the aspherical interferometer system, the Flat Panel Edge exposure system.
