Biography
Jenq-Yang Chang received the B.S degree in chemical engineering and M. S. degree in materials sciences and engineering fromNationalTaiwanUniversityat Taiwan (R.O.C.) in 1980 and 1985, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree of materials sciences and engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology atCambridge,MA, U.S.A in 1992. He is currently a professor at Department of Optics and Photonics, and also serves as the director of Optical Sciences Center in National Central University. Jenq-Yang Chang’s research fields of specialty include LED, Solar Cell, micro/nano optical devices and system, MOEM, crystal growth, devices and characterization of nonlinear photorefractive materials.
