本課程基於傅氏光學,藉由一系列之應用,瞭解傅氏光學之精髓,並培養未來進行傅氏光學相關研究之基礎。

內容大綱
本課程為進階傅氏光學,基於傅氏光學的基礎進一步介紹其在訊號處理與全像術的應用。
課程大綱: 
1. Fourier transforming property of lens 
2. Abbe-Porter experiment and Zernike phase-contrast microscope
3. Systems for convolution and correlation 
4. Image subtraction and differentiation using grating filters 
5. Pattern recognition using Vander Lugt correlator (Joint transform correlator)
